Why This Recipe Works
This recipe combines familiar winter flavours with simple pantry ingredients.
The oats create a soft, hearty base, while the pear adds natural sweetness, and walnuts bring texture and richness. A drizzle of mānuka honey ties the flavours together without making the dish overly sweet.
Because it can be prepared ahead of time and reheated easily, it works especially well during busy mornings.
Tip for Best Results
Add the final drizzle of mānuka honey just before serving to preserve its flavour and create a richer finish.
