Shipping and Returns Policy
Orders placed on Friday after 12pm (noon), Saturday and Sunday will be processed and dispatched the following week.
New Zealand Shipping
Delivery within New Zealand under the value of $100 is $5 for urban delivery and $9 for rural addresses. We offer free delivery on every order over the value of $100 within New Zealand. We dispatch all orders within New Zealand through Courier Post without signature required. If you have specific delivery instructions please enter this information at the checkout. You will receive an email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
International Shipping
We offer delivery using DHL Express only.
The price of shipping is based on the weight and size of the products purchased, and the destination. The total cost can be calculated at the checkout once the items have been selected and added to the cart. All international orders are fully tracked and have a delivery target of 3-14 working days. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
International Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, custom taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices unless explicitly stated.
Manuka Hunters is not responsible for delays, customs processing, or additional charges imposed by local authorities.
If an international shipment is refused due to customs charges, duties, or taxes, any return shipping fees, custom costs, or carrier charges incurred may be deducted from any eligible refund.
Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled due to customs duties or import charges being applied.
Returns and Exchanges Policy
We do our best to provide all relevant information and specifications for all of our products. Please choose your item carefully as we will consider the circumstances of a return that is not due to a fault before we refund your payment.
International Orders - We do not offer refunds or cancellations for international orders once they have been processed or dispatched due to import duties, taxes, or custom charges applied by the destination country.
If a parcel is refused and successfully returned to us in original condition, we may review the order for a partial refund. Any shipping costs, return freight charges, custom fees, duties, taxes or carrier handling fees incurred will be deducted from the refund amount amount where applicable.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
