Orders placed on Friday after 12pm (noon), Saturday and Sunday will be processed and dispatched the following week.

New Zealand Shipping

Delivery within New Zealand under the value of $100 is $5 for urban delivery and $9 for rural addresses. We offer free delivery on every order over the value of $100 within New Zealand. We dispatch all orders within New Zealand through Courier Post without signature required. If you have specific delivery instructions please enter this information at the checkout. You will receive an email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched. 

International Shipping

We offer delivery using DHL Express only. 

The price of shipping is based on the weight and size of the products purchased, and the destination. The total cost can be calculated at the checkout once the items have been selected and added to the cart. All international orders are fully tracked and have a delivery target of 3-14 working days. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

PLEASE NOTE: International orders may be subject to duties and taxes as per the receiving country's customs regulations. DHL must adheres to local customs legislation. If your order is subject to customs duties, taxes, and other import charges, you will be contacted directly to make payment for these charges before your order can be released by customs for delivery by DHL.
