Ingredients
- 2 cups wholegrain cereal or cornflakes
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup peanut butter or almond butter
- 2 tablespoons Manuka Hunters Mānuka honey
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

- Dried fruit
- Seeds
- Dark chocolate chips
Method
- Preheat oven to 170°C and line a baking tray.
- Lightly crush cereal in a bowl and add oats.
- In a separate bowl, mix nut butter, Mānuka honey, coconut oil, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients thoroughly.
- Spoon mixture into small clusters on tray and press lightly.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden.
- Allow to cool completely before removing.
